I am watching a show on the DiscoveryHealth channel called 'We lost 800 pounds' about two women who lost together a total of 800 pounds . They have had many surgeries, trials and tribulations, ups and downs. I have a great respect for these 2 women. I don't weigh as much as they do, but I am scared silly of going under any kind of surgery, esp major surgery like that. Gastric bypass surgery. The main thing that scares me are things like being under and IVs.I was scared silly when I had to have a tiny IV in my finger a few years ago when I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. When it comes to things like surgery, I am just a big, giant chicken!
